SSC 2005 in Denver, Colorado continue

Day one: I arrive at the Denver International Airport
I didn't what to do where to go to catch the shuttle
because I forgot the transportation direction e-mail that Franky send us
but I managed. I safely arrive at the Radison Hotel and it's in the middle of nowhere.
I called Maureen, which is one my close OC members; I missed the dinner and came
before the OC meeting started.


Day two: the next day Maureen, Betsy, and I went to TARGET and OFFICE depot to collect the items we ask for donation. Target gave us $50 gift card. then preparation then the leadership team came. I meet Jon from Baruch and Mark from Purdue. They are friendly guys. Mark is kinda cute

Day three: pictures time; I had to take pictures of the LTM, Leadership Team Meeting. The meeting is greet. First, we had to do a ice breaking game, which is WHAT DOES YOUR CELL PHONE RINGTONE mean? It's hilarious hearing other people's ringtone, ranging from Britney Spear's TOXIC to James Bonds Song. Another funny ice breaker and group exercise is making paper costumes from five different continents. We were given three pieces of poster paper, and we were assigned the ASIAN continent. I volunteered Missy to be the lucky victim.


Day Four: It's time where delegates arrived. I'm happy to see all of them, then I have to pick up the Salaam trainees at the airport. I met Sarah from Madison, Wisconsin at the airport. Then opening ceremonies. Carly graced us with her presence on the opening ceremony, then we showed the opening ceremony ppt that Me and Youssef work on.
On the night of day four, the OC is organizing the REALITY TV party. The sober patrol and I knocked on people's room, then ask them to go down to the party. Luckily, many people went. There are many people wearing their beach clothes. Then my LC delegates from the Bay Area arrived. I asked them to dress up our LCP for the LCP EXTREME MAKEOVER. There are five LCPs who dressed up in drag and all of them are guys. Anh from San Jose, Bay Area dressed up as the PINK BALLERINA. Many people are grabbing his FAKE boobs. Arthur from Cornell dress up as a bicyclist gypsy. He liked to shake his ass on the dance floor. Eric from Arizona dressed up as pink sweater sorority girl. He knows how to shake his ass too. Dagan from Oregon wore a dress net; his make up is hilarious. Then the one person that stands out is Adam from Madison, who is wearing a speedo. Ali G. took a lot of pictures of his speedos. On the picture it looks like a GAY CLUB poster. LOL



Day five-- more pictures taken then sessions
At night, we had the global village. It's the best GLOBAL VILLAGE that I organized. Not only it had tables, but I asked the countries participants to do a presentation about their countries which involves dances. I liked organized the global village because it's not boring, and it turned out to be a the BEST one ever. Oh we had HOOKAH bar also.

Day six-- 80's party, Tim from Madison is humping all the guys who is wearing 80s outfit at the dance floor. I like JESUS from Austin pretty in PINK shorts.

Day 7-- animal party--- Connie did an awesome job. We had Scott from the RAE group performed. There are so many cute animal customes

Day 8-- A NIGHT AT THE ROXBURY party-- Ali G. and her LC crew did a dance from the movie, you know what i'm talking about. They are really cute LC

Day 9-- at 5am in the morning my LC and the Japanese delegates went to IHOP to get some breakfast. Cameroon, LCP of SF showed us his black butt. lol then I hang out with the 4 Japanese delegates: Mao, Nozumi, Emi, and Aiba, and Lily and Agnes to stay another day in Colorado. We stayed at Cherry Chreek hotel, where we tour around Downtown denver while the rest of the delegates went camping. then I came home to San Jose
